You Do Not Have to Do It All at Once
Progress becomes easier when you stop asking yourself to change everything at once.
We often make growth feel harder than it needs to be.
We create long lists of things we should improve, change, learn, or accomplish. Then we look at everything at once and wonder why we feel overwhelmed.
But meaningful change rarely happens all at once.
It happens through small choices repeated with patience.
Maybe today you read a few pages instead of scrolling. Maybe you take a walk. Maybe you finally begin the thing you've been postponing. Maybe you simply choose not to give up on yourself.
One small action may seem insignificant when you look at the distance still ahead.
But small actions have a way of becoming direction.
You do not have to become a completely different person tomorrow.
You only have to take the next step.
And then, when tomorrow comes, take another.
